I love beauty but I’m no smoky eye expert. I’m as afraid of fake tan streaking, lipstick bleeding, liner smudging as the next girl and I’ve learned all I know from Lisa Eldridge. To be fair, I didn’t wear foundation ( or the right shade at least) till I was 20. It was bound to be orange anyway. So I thought a beauty week was the best way to share tips together, whether you’re a makeup noob or you can apply lipstick hands free. Molly Ringwald, The Breakfast Club, anyone?
I try to change my makeup bag’s content every week or so. Shu Uemura Lash Curler,Anastasia Brow Wiz, Collection Lasting Perfection concealer and Nuxe Rêve de miel Lip balm are definite staples that never leave it though. Precision tip cotton buds are makeup saviors for quick touch-ups on the go. To smudge eyeliner, fix a bleeding lipstick, clean up mascara or pin point conceal.
I tend to go for a bold lip and just mascara these days to embrace a spring-nduced glowy skin. Mind you it’s not even Spring yet but oh well.Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick’s new formula has finally touched ground in Canada and I’m all over it. I’ve also discovered MAC See Sheer which is described as a grapefruit pink. It’s total and utter love.
Also on the makeup highlights list are peachy tones and sheer blushes, a Travalo filled withEscentric Molecule 01 and Sephora Lashstash To Go which is the best deal ever scored in makeup history.
